almond sauteed mushrooms by amy twomey ingredients one box of sliced fresh mushrooms 2 Tbs of butter salt and pepper 1/2 c. of sliced almonds saute butter in a pan adding box of mushrooms. Stir and cook until browned. Add salt and pepper and almonds for about 5 minutes until almonds are lightly browned. These are great as a small side or on top of lamb or a cut of beef.
